To remember the devotions of Indian soldiers who are fought and fighting on the border for us and they are there thats why we are safe here ,so we decides to lightup 1000 lamps (Pantis) with the help of 1000 citizens of Rasayani area to salute these real Heros. we arrange this different kind of programme which helps to develop a good public relation One man one lamp is to light up on this basis we light up 1000 lamps which are beautifully designed and arranged on the ground Programme starts with National Anthem and some patriotic songs and then we lightup lamps then programme end with Tea and and Diwali faral .
