'In Indian culture, festivals are more than just occasions for celebration; they serve as medium to the deepest and most profound aspects of life. Each festival carries its own unique significance, offering valuable lessons, spiritual insights, and cultural traditions that have been passed down through generations. Our diversity can promote greater tolerance and understanding among different groups, leading to a more cohesive society. Cultural celebrations foster respect and open-mindedness for other cultures. Keeping above in mind in RY 23-24 we celebrated all festivals like Onam of Kerala, Ganesh Chaturthi of Maharashtra, Garba & Dandiya nights of Gujarat, Shrawansari during Shrawan, Kite flying during Makar Sankranti, Haldi Kumkum with our members with family, throughout the year. We had also organised Monsoon Picnic at nearby waterfalls at Raigad District. When individuals are exposed to different cultures, experiences, and perspectives, they are more likely to learn and grow as individuals which lead to personal growth, increased empathy, and a deeper understanding of the world. Thus this Cultural fellowship helped to enhance the bonding among members along with family and resulted in harmony among members & family and our club could achieve greater heights in terms of projects and activities in club.
