In today’s world, having the right skills is essential to succeed in almost any field. Unfortunately many individuals from underprivileged communities do not have access to the training and education required to develop these skills. This creates a cycle of poverty and disadvantage that is hard to break. In order empower these communities and enabling them to create a better future for themselves, RC Patalganga opened a “Rotary Skill Development Centre” in Rees, Rasayani, where we will be providing Skill Development Courses to underprivileged girls & boys. The centre is opened in Ground floor of Good Health hospital owned by our Member Rtn. Dr. Lekha Uchil. The Opening of RSDC was done at hands of Our DG Manjoo Phadke. AG Sanyogita Temghare was also present during this inaugural program. Skill development programs is a powerful tool for empowering underprivileged communities and enabling them to create a better future for themselves. By working together with local organizations and government agencies, we ensure that these programs reach those who need them the most and provide the necessary support for their success. With the right skills and training, individuals from underprivileged communities can break the cycle of poverty and achieve their full potential, contributing to a brighter future for all. Till date we have provided Free MSCIT course to 20 underprivileged girls, Beautician & Saree Wearing course to 30 ladies and also courses on Cake, candle and insence stick making will be arranged soon. This is a Most Sustainable and Impactful project which will touch and bring changes in many lives.
