We in association with Forest Department of Maharashtra State has initiated a long sustainable and Impactful project on Environment. It is a step taken to reduce the damages caused to environment by Humans. This year We planted more than 3000 trees of different types of native plants in Forest Land near village Dapivali at Rasayani Patalganga area. The plants were brought from Nursery managed by forest department near ShilPhata at Kalyan through 5 trips of Tempo. We had engaged 10 labours for 30 days for making pit for plantation and also 300 labours for tree plantation and backfilling. We had invited Rotractors and interactors for tree plantation. Bamboo was brought and fixed as boundry by 25 labours to protect them from animals. We will be taking care of this tree plantation for continuous 3 years by watering, manuring & protecting the plants with fencing and other means. We have also appointed a gardener cum security for 3 years for maintaining the forest. This project provided job for labourers including transporter and bamboo/ tree supplier from local area. This project will not only help environment by provide livelihood to many including birds, animals and human. We have formed a committee of 10 members who will be taking care of this project in coming years. This will be the most Impactful and Sustainable project and will become a Landmark of RC Patalganga in coming days. This project was covered by all print media and local news channel.
